Former Sunderland midfielder Didier Ndong has agreed to join French club Guingamp after the Black Cats terminated his contract.
“The En Avant de Guingamp has confirmed that it has reached an agreement in principle with the English club of Sunderland for the transfer of the international box-box environment Gabonese Didier Ndong, the club stated.
Sunderland revealed in October, that they had agreed to depart on “amicable terms” with their former £13.6m signing.
He made 54 appearances for Sunderland after joining from Ligue 1 side Lorient in August 2016.
Last season he was sent out on loan to Watford in January, but he failed to play a single game.

Egyptian international midfielder Sam Morsy has signed a new deal with the Championship club until 2021, the club has announced.
The Midfielder first joined the club on 28 January 2016 on a two-and-a-half-year deal for an undisclosed fee from Chesterfield.
Morsy, 27, help the Latics win the League One title last season and featured for his country at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Speaking after Morsy’s new contract, manager Paul Cook said: “Samy is a really important player for the club and I know our supporters will be really pleased with this news.”
“I have known Samy for a long time and his appetite to learn and better himself every day is second to none.”
“He has deserved everything he has got in terms of his place at the World Cup last summer and now his new contract here at Wigan.”
He has won seven international caps with Egypt, with the latest coming in a 2-0 win against Swaziland in October after he had featured for the Pharaohs in this summer’s FIFA World Cup in Russia.

English Premier League (EPL) club Leicester City have announced that Daniel Amartey has signed a new deal to keep him at the club until 2022.
“Leicester City Football Club is delighted to confirm that defender Daniel Amartey has signed a new three-and-a-half-year contract to keep him at King Power Stadium until 2022,” the club stated.
“I am very happy to sign this contract at Leicester City. I am a simple and, easy guy,” the Ghana international Amartey told the club’s website.
The 23-year-old added, “I have to be strong when I come back and, be ready for the club and, for the manager.”
Amartey made his debut for Leicester City in a 1-0 win over Norwich City at King Power Stadium in February 2016 and has gone on to play a further 63 times.

PSG, Man U scout Sporting Charleroi’s Victor Osimhen
Victor Osimhen was once again the hero for Sporting Charleroi after starring in their 2-0 win over KAA Gent in the Belgian top-flight on Friday.
The Nigerian has been influential this season at Sporting Charleroi and was on target to registered his ninth goal in all competitions following his loan move from Wolfsburg in Germany.
According to Belgian newspaper La Dernière Heure, scouts of Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain were present at the Stade du Pays de Charleroi to run the rule over the most exciting talents on both teams.
Giorgi Chakvetadze from KAA Gent and Victor Osimhen have been mentioned as possible targets for the clubs.
Bayer Leverkusen also had a scout in the stands as well as Italian Serie A side Fiorentina.
Despite interest from top European teams, Osimhen has vowed to finish the season at Sporting Charleroi.
Osimhen started his career at the Ultimate Strikers Academy, based in Lagos, Nigeria. In January 2016, after being noticed for his performances at the 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup.

Egypt and Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah has won the 2018 BBC African Footballer of the Year award in consecutive years since Jay-Jay Okocha.
The 26-year-old forward, who was the top choice from a five-man shortlist in an online vote of supporters, retains the prize he also won a year ago.
Salah becomes the first player since Nigerian Jay-Jay Okocha to win in consecutive years.
“It’s a great feeling to win again. I’m happy and I would like to win it also next year!” said Salah.
Salah finished ahead of Reds teammate Sadio Mane in the poll, as well as Medhi Benatia (Morocco), Kalidou Koulibaly (Senegal) and Thomas Partey (Ghana).
Salah said his aim for 2019 is “to win something with the club so everyone is excited”.
“I try to push myself every day to help the team win something,” he added.
The BBC received more than 650,000 votes this year – a record for the award.
The No.11 enjoyed one of the greatest debut seasons in Liverpool history, scoring 44 goals to help the club reach the Champions League final, and then represented his country at the World Cup.
And his form has continued into the current campaign; his winner against Napoli in Tuesday’s Champions League tie increased his tally for the season to 13 strikes.

Morocco will not bid for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations hosting rights that is according to the country’s sports minister.
After Confederation of African Football, CAF stripped Cameroon of hosting the tournament last month, the North African nation had been tipped as a replacement.
“Morocco did not intend to run for the 2019 African Cup of Nations and will not do so,” Minister of Youth and Sports Rachid Talbi Alami told AFP.
All countries Interested have until 2200 GMT on Friday to make an official bid.
Morocco has only ever hosted Africa’s flagship football tournament once, back in 1988.
Meanwhile, Egypt has made a move to host the continental showpiece, for the fifth time.
“Egypt is able to organise the competition and we would be proud to do so,” said Egyptian sports minister Ashraf Sobhi.
“The Egyptian people are always ready for such things, we have the infrastructure of the highest level.”
The 2019 finals will be the first to feature 24 teams and, be held in June/July, as opposed to its traditional January/February slot.
