Sierra Leone defender Alie Sesay is enjoying his football with Greek second-tier club Kissamikos, despite a bad start to the season.
The 24-year-old signed a one-year contract with Greek side in August, after departed Swedish side IK Frej.
The former Leicester City academy graduate has been a regular in recent matches including their last 2-0 victory over Irodotos at home last weekend.
However, due to a poor start to their season, they are presently standing twelfth on the table but is something Sesay is not worried about.
“I’m enjoying the experience here because the standard of the league is good and very competitive,” Sesay told Football Sierra Leone.
The defender, who has made five appearances since joining the club clarified, “We started the season off bad but things are starting to pick up now.”
“I’m enjoying football at this club, and my aim is to continue to play well and help the club moving up the table.”
Sesay played over 35 matches for the Swedish side IK Frej Täby in the Superettan league last season.
The former Barnet defender, who can play across the back four and in central midfield, has previously, had loan spells at Colchester and Cambridge United.
He signed first professional contract 15 March 2013, with Leicester City, alongside Australian Callum Elder.

Alhassan Crespo Kamara has taken his Panetolikos tally to three after he was awarded both goals in their win over AEK Athens in last weekend’s Matchday 11 at their Stadium in Agrinio.
The striker scored the opener in the 26th minute, a goal that was reported as an own-goal from Athens defender Uros Cosic brace.
Kamara in the 51st minute, completed his brace to seal maximum points for his side.
The Sierra Leone international scored his first just before the international break, in their 2-1 defeat to PAOK Thessaloniki on Sunday, November 11.
“I’m looking forward to scoring more, and work hard in the next coming games,” Kamara told FootballSierraLeone.Net
“I’m really excited and ready for our next Super League challenge against Olympiakos.”
“I’m here to improve and Panetolikos is the best place for me right now.”
He added, “Scoring three goals in my last two games is motivating moving forward.
“I’m just happy and working to get back to a really good scoring form and help the team.”

Panetolikos registered their fourth Greek Super League victory this season, thanks to Sierra Leone striker Alhassan Crespo Kamara 51st minute match winner.
AEK’s Superleague title defence well and truly hit the skids on Saturday as they were beaten 2-1 by Panaitolikόs in an absorbing Matchday 11 clash at the Panetolikos Stadium in Agrinio.
The 25-year-old Sierra Leone international scored his second consecutive goal for the Greek outfit as Panaitolikόs overcome EAK 2-1 at home.
A first-half own goal from Uros Cosic and Alhassan Kamara’s 51st-minute strike sealed the three points for Traianos Dellas’ Panaitolikos side, with Andre Simoes’ late goal for AEK not enough to spark a comeback.
The result leaves AEK nine points behind leaders PAOK, who were due to host Xanthi in the late match. Panaitolikόs, meanwhile, move joint-seventh with Aris on 15 points.
Kamara opened his goal account before the international break in their 2-1 defeat to PAOK Thessaloniki on Sunday, November 11.
Their next Super League outing will be away to Olympiakos next weekend December 3 at the Karaiskakis Stadium.
